Walking the Talk

A leaders ability to walk the talk comes from a sustained focus and commitment to their own self mastery process.  The best transformation leaders are fully aware of their current actions and behaviors (the walk part) and diligently share the vision, ideal or desired state (the talk part) at every opportunity they get.
